The EPA granted a section 18 specific exemption for the use of Orius (Makhteshim Agan of North America, Inc.) fungicide on wheat and barley in Minnesota and South Dakota for suppression of Fusarium head blight (scab). This announcement comes on the heels of Folicur receiving a section 18 exemption on May 27th for the same use in Minnesota and North Dakota.
